Launched in 1996, and founded by the directors of our sister company Progressive Training – a leading provider of technical and professional training to the UK service and hospitality industries – Service Scan has rapidly become a highly regarded provider of effective service evaluations across the world.

Starting their careers in hotel and restaurant operations in London, before setting up Progressive Training and later Service Scan Evaluations, Anne and Andrew Alltimes now work with their experienced and dedicated teams, across their offices in St Albans and Nottingham to help you make the most of your business.

Initially offering Mystery Guest and Mystery Diner programmes, we’ve rapidly expanded our services, and our global reach, working with experienced Mystery Shoppers selected for their observation skills and attention to detail, as well as the clarity and quality of their reporting. The Team

As with any business, it is key that all members of our team know who our clients are, what they provide and the sector they are in, as well as what they need from us. So, what better way of achieving this could there be than by actively encouraging them all to carry out mystery visits for us? It helps when they all love doing them too of course.
